Suspended ...then ended up getting Perm banned

I've played backup games since 09, and running Dual Nand using the same HDD for both NANDs (that means DLC shows up as corrupt on retail) since 12. Played many games before release and I've never had an account or console ban. How? Easy. Not be an idiot and draw attention to yourself. I've built consoles for many people who've gotten banned and they all had one thing in common. They had to brag. They wanted their friends to see them playing a game early, or see them running modded lobbies. I've not met one person who was banned or suspended "for no reason".
