I decided to put things back how they were and organize my stuff on two storage drives so it will be painless if it happens again. If it, for some reason doesn't work, then my storage backup is already done and organized. I won't know till later tonight. If I don't post back consider it worked out well.

The work was mostly cross checking to see if I had everything transferred. It was a pain in the ass.

I tried using a non-powered drive but found that it would lag badly on some games, especially Advanced Warfare. I tried the Y splitter but no luck. I have no trouble at all with the drives that have an AC adapter.

Just a quick note to say everything works great and better (quicker hard drive detection times). The larger 3Tb Seagate is now using NTFS instead of EXT4 with no noticeable difference.

I don't have Linux dual boot anymore so had to use Paragon ExtFS for Windows to see the EXT4 drive and MiniTool Partition Wizard Server Edition to format as Primary NTFS.

wd drive boots in a minute and a minute later the other drive is detected.

SReyell I don't have any issues with the USB powered drive. For the larger two DVD title games, one is usually installed on the Xbox hard drive to help with the lag.
