    Post Need Help Losing Weight

    So basically i dont know where to start and i have no idea what is a good method to lose weight. where i am is bloody hot right now and i cant be bothered to go out and do anything. any tips or advice on what i should start doing?

    Well, diet and exercise.
    Find out your daily caloric needs to keep your current weight then eat 250 cals less on a day.

    i dont know, i aint really into the exercise kind thing and im just starting to get into it. not expecting to run 40km to start you know. but thats just me maybe i wasnt asking what in specific but thats my fault, sorry

    Calories in vs calories out.
    You don't need to exercise but if you don't you'll end up "skinnyfat", which is you'll look thin but won't really have any muscle definition.

    The way I lost a lot of weight was keeping a food diary which was exactly how many calories I had eaten in a day, every day.
    Go on myfitnesspal.com, it's an online food diary with a massive food database, put in your height/weight and fat loss goal per week and it will give you your calorie goal, eat back the calories you expend from exercise (log that too).

    Most of the food you can buy will have the calorie info on there, be prepared to buy a food scale ;)

    If you're counting your calories you're going to far, it's a joke to do that.

    OP go to a nutriologist, get a diet, follow it (obviously junk food, sodas and all that shit have to go away. Water is your new favorite drink). Might want to look for an sport to play, start running, ride a bike or any of the cardio related stuff to help the process altho this is mostly to keep you in shape.

    Losing weight = diet.
