    Default Before/After, Progress, Goals, and Inspiration

    So here is where "mirin'" and his "bro" can post before they looked like that. I figure if we post our stats and before pics and see others in the same boat with realistic goals, we can push that much harder for the AFTER to look better.


    I guess it should look formatted so here's an example. Someone tell me how to upload a pic and that would be on top then...

    Lifts should be in 1RM

    Start (06/15/2013)
    Weight: 185 lbs
    Bench: 145lbs
    Squat: 215lbs
    Deadlift: ?
    Body Fat: ~16.5%

    Current as of 07/09/2013
    Weight: 178
    Height: 6'1"
    Bench Press: 160lbs
    Squat: 250lbs
    Deadlift: >200lbs (Barbell and gym doesn't have enough weights)
    Body Fat Percentage: ~16.5%

    Goals by 2014
    Weight: 200lbs
    Bench: 225lbs
    Squat: 345lbs
    Deadlift: Near 400lbs but realistically above 300lbs
    BF%: 12-15%

    i had same idea... i'm just much further behind than you... created a group to for motivated persons to help each other keep motivated... so if you are still interested group is here...

    I got really sick and got down to 51kgs been hitting the gym for 5 months now and I am at 66kgs I am 5'10"

    Body Fat Percentage: -

    Goals by 2014
    Weight: 75kgs
    (My goal is a weight goal not how much I can lift)

    I have a before and after pick from last month.



    A little progress, id advise anyone skinny or fat to take photos of your progress because when you see the photo after a few months of working out you will definitely see results if you have been working hard and it boosts your motivation.
