    Default Foam roller importance (fitness)

Just thought i'd share this video with you guys, he explains it pretty well so i'll leave it at that. I purchased a black foam roller (highest density).. i read that higher density = better so I was like.... -_- yah... let me get that one....

It has helped me a lot with my flexibility in my back for the most part. I use to have bad posture from doing too much bench press in the past, it has helped with my posture and i didn't pull any back muscles since i started using it (almost a year now). 21 years old and pulling out your back is kinda embarrassing lmao

There's 3 types of foam rollers (for the most part). White color = Softest (good for beginners.) Blue color = Medium density (good for anyone really). And Black color = Highest density. (da best of da best)

You understand that saying "yolo" is a bannable offense on this site right?

This is getting out of control. Beautifully out of control like a squirrel on fire.

He's Omar, The man, The legend, The........ the.. expert on foam rollerz!

Also, i would like to add, if you don't want to put down $20-$40 on a piece of foam (i can understand), i've read that some people use a large diameter PVC pipe with a blanket sewed around it. Most foam rollers are around 6" in diameter so keep that in mind if you do try and rig something up.
