I can see you put a lot of effort in so far, but I totally disagree with a few of your builds.

The "budget" AMD is twice the price of the Budget Intel and has a 7970?

Also I would rename "LAN PARTY PC" of the 3570k to high end gaming, and make an AMD 8350 build around the same price also called High end Gaming around the same price.

No doubt drunken. I am open to suggestions and just threw a rough draft down really. I will be updating daily so any ideas and suggestions PM and we can work it out.

Thread is by a badged PC Master - so......seems legit XD

I'm just kidding - this is actually a very nice clean job you've done, and there really are way too many "my new build" threads - +rep for the nice work "yo", I've requested for a mod to sticky this

Go ahead, differing opinions are always welcome, I know if I made the same thread I would have different cheaper/better build in my opinion.

I have stuck this thread as it provides a lot of useful information and you seem to update it. Keep up the good work.

Haven't checked out the intel builds. But can I recommend changing out the 1866 for 2133 mem as long as the board supports it? Usually you will see a 10-15% increase over 1600 with 2133 then the 5% increase with 1866. Also Maybe you can add something about cpu scaling with gpus? I've read a ton of testing done with cpu and gpu's to see how well they scale and it's almost non noticeable as long as the game is more gpu intensive. If you want some sources, lemme know and I'll throw them up for ya so you can add them to this sticky.

You also have to think about RAM timings, CL9 1600 RAM can often be just as good as CL11 2300Mhz RAM, with little to no difference in performance (especially so in gaming, where it makes 0 difference at all)

    I'd recommend reading this: http://www.anandtech.com/show/4503/sandy-bridge-memory-scaling-choosing-the-best-ddr3

It all depends. Here are some tests using the AMD Trinity APU.

Now I haven't checked yet to see if there is a comparison with a dedicated card, but as far as AMDs APUs, using no dedicated card there is a fairly big difference.

Toms Hardware is a terrible site to use for cpu info btw.
