Default DH-24ABS Drive compatible with new iXtreme firmware

This is my first post here but.

With a couple work arounds, i was able to get my DH-ABS drive..which is the MSI clone of the Liteon iHAS124B to update with their new firmware tools..burned batman and battlefield no errors, but verified against image

just wanted to let owners of this drive know that they didnt have to buy another drive.

THIS IS ONLY FOR MSI/LITEON DH-24ABS drives!!!

    1. Download stock firmware for iHAS124B from http://codeguys.rpc1.org/firmwares/d...AL0L.stock.rar
    2. Use the EEPROM to backup your current FW
    3. Go back and double click the stock FW .exe to begin flash...once done reboot your system
    4. Once rebooted, your drive should be flashed to ATAPI.iHAS124_B.AL0L
    5. Now you can follow the tutorial thats in the iXtreme_Burner_Max_1.0_Firmware_XBOX360-iND folder.

i tried cross flashing DH-24ABS with the new FW.. before i flashed to stock iHAS124B. doesnt work so dont bother. but with its just a couple extra steps and your golden

It's understandable but there's a reason for that rule. He can just as easily upload whatever file it is that it links to an upload site.
