Default Suggestions on some intellectual games?

So I was playing LA Noire, and the game gives away the B.D's identity at the start of Disk 2, and it made me realize games don't require any thought these days.

So I come to you for suggestions on a game that requires me to think, and doesn't treat me like a CoD playing retard.

I was thinking maybe Myst, used to play in the late 90s and forgot about it since...
Installing C&C4 right now, although that's unrelated.

btw- Let me know if you find a couple of them, I may even start playing again. The last game I finished was still-life (lies I did finish Princess Isabella for the wii )

My husband says to try secret files for the wii.

To hell with gaming. Lets go exploring in the woods, fighting bears and eating fish alive and stuff.

This is getting out of control. Beautifully out of control like a squirrel on fire.

+rep for the suggestion. Well, semi-suggestion.
    Getting Blue Planet BD-R now.

@Zaret: Will do. Don't have a Wii, but will have a look-in on those games.
    @Caddy: No. :|

What about those Sam & Max games? I dunno if they require a lot of thought as I played part of the first one and realized that it's just a point and click game... It might need you to think later down the line.

Older RPG's (what is now considered J-RPG's)are the closest thing there was to having to think any for me. Figuring out the puzzles and whatnot. (Golden sun 2 for the GBA... I was lost for so long in that because I couldn't figure out what to do lol.)

For "intellectual" games I stick to the PC and look up the puzzle adventures.

Man idk i hate thinking, I had to do that at school for 12 years and half a year at college.. i have to do it at work cuz i still dont know everything about cars.. i doubt i ever will.

Maybe that should be a game. "Automotive Technician".

But, La Noire was about as much thinking as i ever wanted to do in a game.

I think body and brain made me think? but thats a kinect game. hated it.

Usually it's gonna be adventure/platformer games that will have the potential for intelligent thought outside of puzzle games. Sadly 360 really doesn't offer much variety there.

Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom comes to mind for 360, but it isn't that complex either.
