It sounds like you need to go to the earlier version os OSx360. Try the version I just uploaded.

Google ISOx360, or Chris Fletcher's Blog. It's under his Projects tab. Another program is X360 ISO Hacker, which can be found at MacUpdate.

I've tried them all and ISOx360 is the best for me. Having had one bad burn with it yet.

Burn is a really good program. Especially if you're used to
burning games with imgburn. It's the closest thing to it for mac.

You should read this whole thread. Your answer are explained. If you're using the same discs that have worked for you in the past, and another burn program still doesn't produce a playable DVD, then it might be your internal drive on the Mac.

I would suggest trying 9so 360 hacker or OSx360 before burn. And then see if that works.

With Burn, If a download includes the ".dvd" file then you just double click that and hit burn.
If a download does not include a .dvd file, then you're better off with OSx360 or ISOHacker for sure.
In all cases the mac internal drive should really only burn at around the 2.4x mark.
If you have a good external burner, you can kick that up to about 8x~ish.

it's not that....I just can't explain the fact that it suddenly stopped burning CDs it's the first game....

Might be your internal drive. Purchase an external and try burning as you normally do. If it works, great. If it still won't burn, then it wasn't the internal and you can return the external for a refund.

Suddenly stopped burning CD's?

Be very specific now because troubleshooting requires all the details you can state.

CD's? DVD's? DVDDLs?
When does the burn stop?
All three type of disks initiate the burn at least?
Internal external?
Operating System?

I noticed mine crapped out when burning in iBurn360 it showed it going to the second layer and then displaying '00000000000000000000000000' in the data log :(

I always burnt isos on Verbatim DVDs and it always worked...with LA Noire it starts burning and stops by itself...and as it always does...makes the DVD run on the Mac...this always happened and I always played my games after these "steps" ....now it won't work on the Xbox....it apparentely stops at 92.5 % in the burning section...well...I don't know...if it's that...because the DVD runs by itself....I don't know...any solution?

Try another game. If it does the same thing, your drive is going. If not, there's something wrong with the iso of LA Noire.

If you've downloaded different iso's and burn the correctly, then the problem is your drive.
